Lifeline Counselling

Your space.....face to face

Welcome to Lifeline Counselling

Lifeline Counselling provides face to face long and short term Counselling to individuals, couples and students 18 years of age and above.

Taking the first step towards counselling can be a difficult decision… if you are struggling come and talk with me. Let’s share together and begin your journey to finding a new and stronger you.

I will welcome you with warmth, without judgement in a safe setting, where I will work and listen with respectful compassion.

It can take courage and strength to come and explore what may have become a very difficult situation for you. By finding the space to share, self-confidence and self-worth have the chance to develop. Beginning to understand your thoughts and feelings, choices will become apparent, encouraging you to move forward and make changes with increased strength and direction.

My practice is grounded in the Person Centred approach and I will work closely with you, offering you the opportunity to share those aspects of your life, feelings, thoughts and beliefs that have brought you to seek counselling.

Your counselling journey is unique to you and sometimes may raise challenges to your way of thinking, but throughout your counselling I will be with you to listen and work hard at encouraging a deeper and clearer understanding of your circumstances and choices.

Many people have found counselling and therapy a helpful way of exploring issues and difficulties in their lives. Finding new perspectives and ways of managing daily life, creating improved self-awareness and confidence.

Are you feeling as though you need some support, perhaps unsure where/who to turn to…? Now might be the time to make contact and coming to talk to me could help.

Perhaps you are finding it hard to cope, particularly if you are feeling sad, lonely, low in mood. It could be you are struggling more deeply and it is increasingly difficult to manage. You may find it easier and more helpful to talk with someone outside of your immediate social or family circle.
